Is Hyakunincho safe at night?
Moving back to Japan, I used to live in Yokohama & Meguro with a roommate previously. It’s been years since and I wonder how things are particularly around Okubo and Shin Okubo stations, as I’ve never been there before. I’m mainly concerned about drunken people in the evenings.
Yokohama was pretty laid back but Meguro was not.
