i recently solo traveled to japan for my 18th birthday. loved it so much so i decided to apply to school out there. i just got accepted to a university in tokyo. my first semester has to be in the dorms but after that i want my own apartment. so how’s the process?
i’ll have a student visa. i know you need a japanese bank account and telephone number to rent- but for all of that you’ll need an address. i’ll use my schools address.
just looking for general information from personal experience. all help is appreciated. thank you!
