So going leaving for Japan on thursday (landing HND going Osaka, Kyoto, Kanazawa then back to Tokyo over 10 days) I was looking to get the Osaka-Tokyo Hokuriku Arch Pass but what I didn’t know is that they send you a paper voucher within 5 days to your home address and you’re supposed to bring the voucher to exchange for the physical pass? Am I screwed now or can I get this pass in Japan without the paper voucher or another way?
