Opportunities for a Pakistani Game Developer

Hello, everyone. I’m planning to get out of my home country in order to move to Japan, stay there for long, for a better standard of life. What I’m planning at the moment is to give myself ten months of learning Japanese till N5/N4 and apply for a university that offers linguistic courses while I work part time as an English teacher since my language is decent. I have the following profile
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer sciences
Work Experience: Three Years of Game Development
English Language Level: C2 (IELTS: 8.5 bands)
At the moment I’m saving enough money for my estimated university fees. I don’t expect that I’ll land my dream job in Japan. And neither I’m expecting from the country that I’ll live there like a Studio Ghibli movie. I realize that the work culture is hectic, hierarchy based with a few exceptions, and the hectic work culture has been somewhat experienced by me based on semi regular overtimes and strict deadlines. How much people in this subreddit think that this approach is realistic? I don’t expect myself to be in a AAA studio anytime soon. But what I do expect is that I shall have a better learning environment to advance to these companies. This will began after I finish my japanese linguistics course I’ll apply to based on my N5/N4 qualification from my home country
Seeking genuine advice. I don’t have much of a choice but to endure the hardships and challenges that come in living in Japan, since it’d be much better than living in a city whose air quality is more than 400 points on the scale and things get exponentially worse as the time passes
