Tony Khan hints at the possibility of bringing NJPW content to their future streaming providers

“We have a great partnership with New Japan Pro Wrestling and they have a great library too, there’s so many opportunities not only for our own content but to bring in more” – [Dynasty Press Conference](https://www.youtube.com/live/HYdQgs7R3mk?si=E1WykfBIL_OSBJUM&t=4068)

I know many have soured on the partnership (don’t need to argue that here as it’s argued in every thread anyway), but this seems like an interesting prospect. It’d be a nice paycheck for NJPW, likely a good bit more than they make off American World subscribers, and they’d be on a big US network’s platform with millions of subscribers able to access it.

This seems like it could be transformative for NJPW if it has legs. They could make playlists/summaries of important feuds for new fans to have the elusive “starting point” (that they’re always asking about on this sub anyway), like a playlist of matches with Showbuckle-style explainers in between. It also creates a potential host for NJPW’s live US shows and takes them off PPV, one less barrier to entry for the fans in North America.
