“Stranger Things” has a Japanese Dub available in the US, it also includes Japanese(CC) (日本語字幕ガイド). Unfortunately, the subtitles for Season 4 are wrong (other seasons may also be wrong, I haven’t checked them)(. I’m pretty sure they accidentally used the normal “Japanese” subtitles instead of uploading the CC subtitles. I have flagged these errors a week or two ago, but there’s no sign that Netflix will fix them anytime soon. I’m hoping that if more people flag the error we may be able to get them fixed.
It seems like you have to report the problems from a web browser, there doesn’t appear to be a way to flag errors from most apps. Netflix instructions on how to report errors are here:

Unfortunately, it seems you have to flag every episode individually, even though the entire season seems to have the wrong subtitles used for Japanese CC. Hopefully if enough people flag the error we can get it fixed.
