  1. So for those who aren’t aware, these are “Toshopi” events, and NJPW has been doing them once a month for about a year now.

They have a wrestler on the [livestream](https://m.youtube.com/results?search_query=%23%E3%83%88%E3%83%BC%E3%82%B7%E3%83%A7%E3%83%94&sp=QhESD-ODiOODvOOCt-ODp-ODlA%253D%253D) and sell a mix of pre-release new, exclusive-to-this-event, and regular merchandise during the stream and for a couple hours after it’s ended. If you watch the stream and put the password (written on the board) in the “notes” section when you order, you’ll also get an exclusive autographed photo or sign board. Which one you get depends on which product you purchase (though some of the older merch won’t have that benefit) and it’s easy to tell which you’ll be getting by watching the stream even if you don’t know Japanese. You need to use a proxy service (like Tenso) to order from the shop, and it usually takes at least a month for your items to ship to Tenso (who you then have to pay to ship them to you).

This year for the 50th anniversary they’ve been having one shirt per stream be a collab between the current wrestler and a legend, like the YOSHI-HASHI & Animal Hamaguchi one you can see [here](https://twitter.com/abemakoto726/status/1563492052939460610?s=21&t=PMhsP-Rg4HwYXS4WSFvGOg). They also have started doing a lot of unique merch like pillows, alarm clocks, and dinnerware (mugs, glasses, and bowls) for these events. If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, follow the [NJPW Toshopi](https://twitter.com/njpwtoshopi?s=21&t=PMhsP-Rg4HwYXS4WSFvGOg) account on Twitter. All the stuff gets announced there and they’ll tweet during the event/re-tweet people tweeting about the event. Usually they’ll have the password as the event hashtag, too, which makes it easy to copy-paste it from Twitter to the notes section of your order (but remember to remove the actual #).
