We made a day trip to Tatehana Wharf in Hachinohe today (5/19 – Sunday), and the market wasn’t happening! Instead there’s a huge running/race event. I tried to look it up to see if the market was cancelled or if it isn’t happening anymore, but couldn’t find any updated information. Any ideas as to what’s going on?
