Does getting an Express Pass guarantee me an entry into Nintendo World?

Going next month. The pass is expensive but we just wanna make sure we get into Nintendo World. If we get it, does this ensure our entry? Or do we still have to secure Timed Entry Passes?

These passes can get real confusing.
