I just completed my 3 years of work experience at my current IT firm and applied to a job. I went through a third-party recruiter and got the job. I received the offer letter but the benefits that were listed the offer is far from what was in the job description.
The following are things that were in the JD but not in the offer letter
Eg:
1. Bonus twice a year in JD=>None in offer
2. Housing allowance=> None
3. Travel to home country allowance => None
4. Family allowance per dependent => None
I asked my recruiting agent and he said just because they were mentioned in the job description doesn’t necessarily always end up in the offer.
Does anybody have any experience with this kind of event? Would love to hear your advice on this.

I asked the recruiter and they told me that the company had an old JD and had not updated it so, therefore those benefits won’t be included ðŸ˜
