As the title says, I’m very poor, I can’t even afford to study for a degree in my own country. I just finished high school even though my grades are above average, its not scholarship-worthy. I dont even have a method of obtaining a student loan as we dont have any collateral.
But during last year, I studied for N4 Level japanese and passed and I applied for a good language school just to see how it will go. I passed their interviews but inevitably had to give up as i didnt have any way of affording it.
MEXT scholarships are also not accepting my grades because i did a different exam in my country (I did Cambridge A-Levels) as opposed to my country’s GCE exams which they accept so i got rejected from that too.
Where do i even go next? I’m pretty much doomed without even having money to get a degree so i cant even get a decent job now.
Any type of help is appreciated as I’m starting to lose a lot of hope now.
