immersion techniques for people working from home busy shedule?

i got a busy shedule, while i work i either listen to music or youtube documentaries,
my jp level is basic communicational, , close to graduating N5 at about 57% mock exams

does anyone have good content recomdations to listen to while i work? i tried anime but i have to split my screen in half, since if i dont see whats going on in the anime i dont understad, so its a bit distracting too for my work, having to switch eyes between the 2 sides of the screen, and i havent found any podcast i can enjoy and understand,

i would love something that could focus on 1 topic for a long period of time so i can take time to absorb that topic and vocab related to it, something that has a bit slower speaking and a little bit formal, i have hard time understanding keigo so if i could have a bit more formal content i think it would help me understand keigo a bit more,

Does anyone know any Japanese bands that play post-rock/math-rock music? I’ve listened to “Toe” and “Picture of her”…
