I have a Honda S2000 that has almost nothing certified on the title. I am unable to register it or pass shaken due to original seller moving to another country. I can’t register it, I can’t sell it, and because it’s never been registered to me (all I have is an outdated iningo), it’d looking like I can’t junk it either.
Is there a way to register it to myself despite having all outdated paperwork and missing paperwork, or is there a way to junk it despite it not being officially registered to me
