I used rail ninja to reserve shinkansen tickets in advance, which is a decision that I am currently regretting. I have received my pickup code, but it said I need a password as well to retrieve my tickets at the train station, and I have absolutely no clue what password it is talking about. I cannot find any information about this anywhere. I don’t have an account on smart ex, and I don’t think it would matter because I didn’t buy the tickets directly from them, but I cannot make an account with them anyways because they will not accept my debit card for some reason. I have tried multiple cards, and it keeps saying that they cannot be verified. I have checked for fraud alerts from my bank, but there is nothing. I am at a loss as to what to do about this, and how to access my password. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.
