The company is in a rebuild phase and it feels like time is slowing down with how slow the development is with the progression of them. But some have potential and clearly the company sees that and fans as well.
If i had to pick which 2 talents will surely main event at the dome my money is on Shota vs Tsuji. Those two are by far the closest to reach the Tokyo Dome main event. Both tsuji and Shotas have the in ring ability to pull out something special. Their G1 match was just a little preview of what they can do in the ring.
The other options are Oiwa vs Tsuji or Gabe Kidd vs Shota. Any combination of these guys could bring out the main event level we expect from a Wk main event.
