I had a very light case of Covid some months ago (fever for 1 day) and have been dealing with a light cough here and there, but it doesn’t seem to go away. I don’t have any other symptoms, fever, etc. It just kinda lingers, comes and goes. I’m vaccinated with no pre-existing conditions.
My walk-in clinic gave me a bunch of kampo and a prescription medicine for the cough. I took that for three weeks but I still feel exactly same in spite of it all. After that ran out I also finished a box of Lulu EX and two boxes of パブãƒãƒ³ãƒ¡ãƒ‡ã‚£ã‚«ãƒ«T, the NoDo type, as well as a bottle of Aneton. I’m also supplementing 50mg of Zinc daily, getting at least 8 hours of sleep, etc. I cannot shake it.
I’m going to try going to a different clinic this week, but was curious if anyone’s found any over-the-counter stuff that actually makes this go away?

Bron – Come for the cough relief, stay for the crippling addiction.
If it’s from covid go back to a doctor, don’t try self-treatment.
