Question about residence tax after moving and leaving the country

I moved to Japan November 4th of last year 2023 and will be leaving the country on June 30th 2024.

I worked during this time and also moved municipalities from Kanagawa to Tokyo. Will I have to pay residence tax for both municipalities? Just one? I’d like to head into the city hall and take care of paying up before leaving the country to avoid appointing a tax representative.

Any help or resources is much appreciated.

Thanks!

Edit: Also, knowing that the tax is based on a one year lag, does that mean i would only owe taxes for the period of Nov. – Dec. 2023? Or will the months of Jan. 2024 – June 2024 be included in the tax?
