I bought my Honda kei car about a year ago from a Toyopet, and used the same dealer for standard maintenance a few times. Now, I’ve moved to a new city and am looking for an oil change, but also a stable option for car work.
Should I go to the Honda dealer? Toyopet dealer (already have Toyopet paraphernalia from seller)?
Or, is there a simpler option that you’d use for oil changes and tire changes? I see a bunch of Autobacs around…are they like Jiffy Lube for Japan?
Any advice would be appreciated!

Autobacs and Yellow Hat will probably both be fine for that stuff.
For myself, I just bought the gear here to change my own oil and swap summer/ winter tires, and it’s working out well for me. Get a fumoto valve and your oil changes will take minutes.
