Ok so I am a freelancer in Japan and I need to collect money from a single client abroad, exclusively.
In the past I had a GK setup, but because of the fees and tax involved to keep it alive with only me as an employee, it did not make any sense: so I decided to become self-employed (freelance) instead.
I am having headache as all the banks I applied to are not allowing receiving money from abroad. (amounts are >2m JPY)
Could anyone recommend something? I do not believe I can apply to a business bank account as a freelancer?
