I will go to Japan in the future (not planned yet but in 6months/1year), probably in Osaka area (but in Tokyo too, if needed).
Where can I buy anime cel? I’m not a scalper but I’m interested in anime cel at a good price (few thousands yen to one/two tens thousands). Is it still allowed to buy anime cel, where are the best places to do so, in particulare in Osaka/Tokyo area? Animation drawings/sketches would also be interesting for me.
If you have any useful info, it would be helpful.
