I sent a few packages at the beginning of this year to my home country, India, the customs fee was fine and no problem with the address. This time I sent two boxes, one got delivered but the custom fee was more than 66000円 and for the other one, they are saying that the address is wrong and it is stuck in some another city. I have been using the same address since last year and it is saved in my JP int account. Called JP int and they said that if we want the package back we need to pay for it? And is it normal for the customs to ask such an amount of fee? Has anyone else had this kind of problem? I really don’t know what to do 🫠
