As the title says, the ryokan we booked back in January caught fire and had to cancel our stay that will take place at the end of this month. There are barely two weeks left until our stay was meant to take place and we’re having a really hard time finding any ryokan within our budget and tastes. We’re wondering if anyone might have any ryokan they would recommend for one night, 2 people.
We’re hoping to find a ryokan with the following:
– located in Hakone or as close as possible to Hakone
– kaiseki dinner, ideally in the room
– private onsen option
– around 65.000 JPY
– futons and view are ideal, but not a deal breaker
