Figuring out my itinerary for a 14 day vacation in Japan. Starting in Osaka.

Hello, I’m hoping to have some help with my itinerary and see if there are better options.
My trip is beginning at the end of October and ending in November. Please excuse how this is formatted.
I did some research and mapping and this is what I have so far:

Note: I was considering taking out a day from my Osaka stay and going to Hiroshima but I find that that may take all day and wonder if I should just find better options in Osaka or somewhere else nearer.
Other suggestions are open for the other places I’ll be going to.

Day 1: Landing in Osaka around noon
Take the Nankai or Rapi:t to Namba station.
Do a walk around Dontonbori after resting from flight.
Check out Round1

Day 2:
Hangout at Universal Studios.
That’s basically it.
Plans after is just dinner then go to hotel.

Day 3:
This was supposed to be my Hiroshima day but I’m open to suggestions.
I would consider going to the GLION museum.

Day 4:
Check out Animate, Denden Town and Namba Parks.

Day 5: Kyoto
Check out of Osaka hotel and move on to Kyoto hotel.
I want to see the Toei Animation Park.

Day 6: Nara
Other than the Deer Park, I want to try out this thing called Buddha’s Nostril at Todai-ji Temple.

Day 7:
Hopefully the Nintendo Museum is open by then. I did plan Nishiki Market, Nijo Castle and Kamo River.

Day 8: Hakone
Checking out of Kyoto Hotel.
I won’t be staying at Hakone but I do want to make this a stop where I try out an onsen and see Mt. Fuji. I will be moving to my hotel in Tokyo at the end of the day.

Day 9: Tokyo
Main goal currently is getting a Kirby Cafe reservation between Day 9 and Day 14
Going to Akihabara to Ueno to Asakusa to Akihabara again.
I don’t plan on buying at Akiba because I heard they sell stuff at expensive prices, just be there and look at the stores.
Though I probably will buy some DnD dice at Yellow Submarine.
Ueno for Ueno Park, Yushima Tenmagu and Ameyoko.
Asakusa for Sensoji, Nakamise and the Samurai Ninja Museum.

Day 10:
Bunkyo City to see the Tokyo Dome
Nakano Broadway, I was told this is a very good place to go to
Sunset Hill at Sakuragaoka Park for a spot that was filmed for Kamen Rider Build.
Sangenjaya for Persona 5 reasons.
Nakameguro to see the Meguro River
Minato City to see Tokyo Tower and get some dinner somewhere nearby.

Day 11:
Shibuya for Shibuya Crossing, Oku, Shinjidai and Mid-Century Modern
Ikebukuro for the Kamen Rider the Diner, Super Potato, Pokémon Center and Toudoukan

Day 12:
Harajuku for Yoyogi Park and nearby shrines.
Shinjuku. I found the Hanazono Room was here.

Day 13:
Check out Tokyo Big Sight before going to Tokyo DisneySea.
If I have time, I might check out that newly opened Toyosou Senkyaku Banrai for one last onsen experience before I go.

Day 14:
Train to Narita and go back to America.

I don’t plan on getting the JR Pass. I hope this is enough info.
