I usually get the keisei + metro pass when I land in Tokyo, but this time I’m starting with Osaka on my trip and will be in Tokyo for the last 2 days after taking the Shinkansen between the two. I know you can buy one-way keisei + metro pass from Narita, but what about if I start in Tokyo city itself and only want a one-way to finish in Narita. Is that possible and is so where to buy/exchange for tickets?
