Where can I buy lighter fluid cheaply ライターオイルはどこで安く買えますか？

I used to be able to buy it from the 100 yen shop but it seems to have disappeared from all of them.

Any ideas? Don Quijote doesn’t \*appear\* to sell it. Surely that can’t be possible can it?
