Japan to start full use of digital textbooks from 2024

2. Wanna BET? They’ve been saying this for many years. Let’s see what actually happens.

   I expect they will start the roll-out, have “significant technical problems” (kids hacking the notebooks/pads and playing games) and then quietly halt the process after a year or so.
