Moving and living in Japan

Hello!

I am 38 years old, single and own my own flat in the UK but I am interested in moving and living in Japan.

I was interested, as this is me as a complete beginner to living abroad anywhere in the world, what is some advice and best way of looking at things like work? I am a qualified personal trainer and work in this field if that helps but I don’t have a degree or anything like this.
