We are looking at an apartment for sale this weekend that we might be interested in buying. I am just wondering if there are any tips or links on how we can calculate a value for the apartment and see if we can offer a reduce price from the asking price. This is my first time doing any kind of real estate transaction in Japan, so any articles or experiences you might have are welcome. I tried doing a quick search, but you know how reddit searching is. I think loans and mortgages doesn’t really apply as flair, but it was the closest that I could find. Maybe personal finance is better? Not sure. Anyway, thank you in advance for any advice.
