I use PayPay for purchases and a couple of years ago in the app selected the option that ‘re-invests’ the points in the S&P500. I now have over ¥23,000 worth of invested points, that I actually now want to use to make purchases.
I’ve looked everywhere in the app, but can’t seem to find a way to convert them back to normal points or money in my balance to actually use. Does anyone here have any idea how it’s done? Any advice gratefully received.
