I’ll be going to Japan for the very first time with my buddy. It’ll be a 2 week trip. I’m kind of stressing about the luggage situation. How heavy does everyone usually pack? I’ve seen people say they take multiple bags, I’ve seen people say they try to fit their whole trip in a single carry on bag + a personal bag. I’d like to go as light as possible on the way there, but I don’t know how realistic that looks. Should I pack a huge suitcase half full (as best I can) and try and save space to bring back souvenirs? Or should I try to pack super light and buy a bag in Japan for the way back to stow away souvenirs? Also, are there any must have accessories that anybody can think of? Such as an outlet adapter for example. Pretty much anything to make my life easier and less stressful. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps out!
