How to say “What do you want me to say?” and the differences between 欲しい and たい

Hey guys. Struggling to understand what feels like a simple idea.

What’s the best way to say “What do you want me to say?”

I’ve thought 何を言って欲しいですか? , but I thought that without saying 私, it might be interpreted as “What do you want to say?” Similarly, if we do 私は何を言って欲しいですか?, then that could mean “What do I want to say?”, right?

And what about 何を言いたいのですか?

I’m having trouble at least understanding how to make the question explicitly “What do YOU want ME to say?”

Should 欲しい be used in some capacity? I’m a little unclear on when to use that versus たい.

Thanks for your help!!
