Hello, so there’s a bit of a change of plan from my last post. Basically, we’re now going from Akihabara to MT Fuji and back, and since we need it on Tuesday, I doubt we’ll able to make online bookings right now as it’d usually take 48 hours. Our plan now is to find an outlet for our above plans and just get a car face to face, the problem is that there’s apparently a “no state crossing” policy? What should I know about that? Thanks!
