This morning, I finally got NTT to come and wire my home for Softbank Hikari.
I’m getting the 10Gbps advertised, however the connection is very unstable I often have micro disconnection, which make conf call very painful.
I’m wondering if I should call NTT to check their installation or softbank ?
What’s weird is that I received two router one from NTT and one from Softbank but the NTT person said I should use the Ntt one.
