Home-made gyoza

Gyoza at home. Classic Japanese style with nira, cabbage, and ground pork. Dip with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ra-yu.

Maybe other Japanese can relate, but growing up, one of my fond memories growing up was helping my mom wrap gyoza at home.
