I need to get to KIX airport from Osaka during Obon week, and the means of transportation I’ve seen recommended is the Haruka Express— is this likely to be totally booked during Obon week? or can I count on getting a ticket day of? If anyone has info about this or would recommend a different means of transportation to KIX during that week, I appreciate any help you could give!
