  1. Yours appears to have more than a teaspoon of egg all crammed up deceptively in the cut middle part of the sandwich, so I think yours is better than a conbini sandwich.

  2. 1 just hardboiled egg. The yolk should be fully set but not discolored.

    Separate white from yolk. Mash yolk with fork, mince white, combine with about 2 tbsp of kewpie and 1 tsp of honey mustard or honey mustard salad dressing.

    With a sharp knife cut crusts off bread, something like potato bread, spread filling on bread, cut diagonally, enjoy.

  3. It looks good, I just think the combini sandos are probably mashed a little more. Most of the ones I have had slightly smaller pieces of egg.
