It’s still uncertain whether I will receive any housing assistance, but discussions about this are ongoing. The apartment I found which is a 1K, costs 75,000 JPY per month, including maintenance fees. Do you think it would be wise to rent this apartment, which is very close to Kawaramachi Station, with a monthly salary of 250,000 JPY?
