Does anyone have experience visiting the [Life Safety Learning Center](https://tokyo-bskan.jp/en/) in Ikebukuro? I am planning a trip to Japan next year and am interested in visiting, but I am seeing conflicting information online. On the one hand, both third-party travel websites and the Tokyo Fire Department’s own website show that there are sessions for foreigners roughly once a month, which implies that there is something unique about the foreigner-focused sessions. On the other hand, the Center’s website says in multiple places that guidance is only given in Japanese, that non-Japanese speakers should have their own interpreter, and that people unable to understand the language cannot participate due to safety concerns.
Does anyone have experience visiting? What is the difference between the foreigner-focused sessions and the standard ones for Japanese residents? I have not been able to find a clear answer online as to what the foreigner-focused sessions are like or what makes them unique.
