I’m terribly curious – how does the raw ebi taste?
Sushi restaurants in my country always serve them cooked, so I haven’t tasted it raw yet and I’m too freaked out to just buy raw shrimp from the store and eat it.
Fun fact: amaebi means sweet shrimp in Japanese
