2. She most likely had an unpleasant experience with police and was angry but to call 1200 times in 8-days?

   I guess she wanted free room, board and food at local jail since it was during Christmas.

8. This might be evidence of dead internet theory. The account may be spoofed and recycling, older, higher trending/interactive posts. It definitely feels like an outlier.

20. I guess some people think “eh, Japan is safe. They have nothing better to do,” but hopefully if these acts of harassment continue and get worse (as the article implies), I just hope it doesn’t prevent them from answering an actual call for emergency.
