Permanent residency application and proof of tax payments

I’m getting some documents together for my permanent residency application as a freelancer using the 80+ points for past year method (currently on a humanities visa).

Two questions: When it says “past one year” for income and proof of pension/health insurance/residence tax, is it talking about the previous calendar year (ie. from January 2023) or the past one year from the date of application (ie. from May 2023)?

Second, I paid my entire residence tax in June 2023 in cash at the conbini and didn’t save the receipt. I did the same for one or two health insurance payments before August 2023. Is there any way to get records indicating that I paid them on time? If not, can I apply in August 2024 and use my residence tax payment from June 2024/insurance payments from August 2023 – August 2024 instead?
