Hi, I‘m currently in Japan and our next hotel told us that we can‘t send our luggage to our last accommodation and we‘d need to find a Yamato service store to forward our luggage. I‘m really nervous to fill out anything wrong regarding the waybill and was wondering if it would be alright to just show up at a Yamato Service Store with our luggages and ask staff there to help us fill out the waybill. Has anyone done that before?
