Outstanding fish

Shiroamadai (or shirakawa) is a type of tilefish caught in east Asia.

As its name indicates, (amai = sweet)
sweetness of the meat is amazing!

Also, it has a flavor that’s very distinct and fragrant.

I could confidently say it’s one of the finest shiromi’s. (white-fleshed fish)
