Itinerary Check for 12 day trip in late June

Hi! I am super excited for my first trip to Japan in a few weeks. I am 22 and don’t speak Japanese. I am really into food and nature and wanted to get as much of that into my trip as possible. I am looking for any suggestions for parks or things that could fit well in my itinerary or any things that might be skippable/ not worth going to.

Tokyo:

Day 1:

* Tsukiji market in the early morning
* Hama-Rikyu gardens
* Walk around shibuya
* Get a nice dinner

Day 2:

* Day trip to Mt Takao
* Walk to the top via trail 1
* Get food nearby

Kyoto:

Day 3:

* Train to Kyoto
* Walk thry Sannenkaza and ninezaka
* Go to Kiyumizudera
* Get food in Pontocho Alley
* Walk thru Higashiyama and go to Ginkakuji

Day 4:

* Go to Arashiyama
* Walk in the bamboo forest
* Walk to senkoji temple
* Go the the monkey park
* Take the sagano train
* Kinkaku ji temple

Day 5:

* Wake up early for Fushimi inari shrine
* Go to Nishiki market
* Walk around Gion

Day 6:

* Day trip to Nara
* Go to Tadai-ji templeand Kofukuji temple
* Walk in nara park
* Go to isuien park

Day 7: Go to Osaka

* Go to osaka castle
* Go to minami
* Dotombori
* Shitennoji temple
* Food tour
* Leave for oyama

Mt Fuji:

Day 8: 

* Wake up super early and get started on mt Fuji hike (subashiri trail)
* Take train to Hakone

Hakone:

Day 9:

* Rest in onsen and take an easy day

Tokyo:

Day 10:

* Play by ear day in Tokyo
