Looking to make the big move to Tokyo. I am curious about where I could possibly find cheaper offers, since I have been told that places outside of the main Tokyo area are much cheaper than the ones in the city. If any one knows any area that is considered generally cheaper than most, and where I can find an apartment via online, please let me know.
