Wako in Stellar Place? I was a regular customer when I lived in Sapporo. Amazing tonkatsu.
What is the rhythm of eating this meal? If that makes sense. The daikon, cabbage and rice are close to neutral in seasoning. Savory comes from the pickles, pork cutlet, dipping sauce and the miso soup. What order would a Japanese person eat this?
Now that’s my kinda meal.
