In a rush, I ended up purchasing the shibuya rooftop bar tix for 3 adults (me, husband and 15yo, will purchase gor 7yo there) during sunset instead of general admission for the observation deck. I believe you go through the observation deck first and then during your allotted time you go to the rooftop if you want drinks. Will they still grant my 15yo son access to the observation deck even though he has a rooftop ticket? Has anyone gotten the rooftop bar tickets and can speak from experience on how the entry process works? Do you have the option to hang out in the observation deck and/or rooftop?

The rooftop bar tickets include general admission tickets. The bar tickets give you access to sofas on the roof plus drinks, general admission tickets also gets you on the roof just not with sofa seats.
