(Using throway account as this is kind of a sensitive topic)
Been living here for more than 10 years, got my japanese nationality and have a good job… but I am passing through a tough time (almost depression) right now and I would like to find a good psychologist or therapist.
In the past I did went to one but tbe experience was quite awful, with the doctor almost not caring about me at all and just trying to finish the conversation fast so be can some medication.
Is there any recommendations any of you may have? I live in Tokyo.
