Looking to get my hair done, not a full bleach just some blonde highlighting on my sides and bangs (I’m a male with dark black hair and a pretty standard low taper fade and middle part bangs)
Does anyone have any recommendations for places in Tokyo? Not looking for a full on bleach, so I was wondering if that affects the price. Any feedback or experience would be super helpful!
