I’m heading back home early next month, and have a fair chunk of yen to send (8+ million). I have a Wise account, and just finished registering my GoRemit app. However, just setting up the beneficiary now has an additional wait time, and I’m not really sure how much longer this will take (assuming it goes smoothly).
Would doing multiple Wise Transfers really put me at that much of a loss? It seems like GoRemit (from posts dating a ways back) is the better option for bigger transfers, though I’ve even seen conflicting posts on this as well.
